5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

If a scheduled service is canceled at least 24 hours in advance, we will process a full refund of any prepaid amounts within 10 business days. You may also request to reschedule the service without additional charges, subject to availability.

5.2 Info Products

If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not downloaded or accessed the content, we will issue a full refund within 7 business days. Accessed or partially consumed content is not eligible for a refund.

5.3 Goods

Smart AI devices and accessories may be sent back in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund of the purchase price will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

5.4 Non-Refundable Services

Certain on-site consultations or specialized custom services require advance preparation and are non-refundable. This is due to the allocation of resources and scheduling commitments.
